APNET General Council meeting postponed

The APNET Board has today informed delegates and invitees that APNET’s 6th General Council Meeting, earlier scheduled to be held in Johannesburg from 26 to 28 April 2004, has been postponed. The unexpected last-minute postponement is ‘owing to some unexpected financial constraints’.
